Am better from viral fever, since Wednesday. Having a viral fever for four days is the shits.

(Oh yes, for the record, this is only the second time I've blogged about this topic.)

I am sick with a viral fever. Blah. Fever of 102. Sore throat, can't talk or swallow, runny nose, headache, fever, chills.

The only thing I've been looking forward to in life is my medication. It's a six hour medication, but it takes one hour to take effect and it wears off around the fourth hour, and it's wretched and disturbing to see my fingernails turn blue and purple with chill and my skin waxy and gray like a kurdish gas victim.
